We at Sera Designs want to ensure your satisfaction with your dress purchase. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully to understand our guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. Cancellations
1.1. If you wish to cancel an order you have placed with us, kindly do so within 1-2 days of order placement. We understand that circumstances may change, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
1.2. Please note that cancellation requests for customised, Prebooked, or personalised orders are not possible under any circumstance. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
2. Returns and Refunds
2.1. At Sera Designs, we take utmost care in ensuring high-quality standards for all our products. We do not encourage returns or refunds for any of our products.
2.2. However, if any customer has received damaged or defective clothing, they can initiate a refund or exchange request within 24 hours of product receipt. To facilitate the process, please provide an opening video showcasing the damages.
2.3. Exchanges are possible only if the same product is in stock with us. Please note that the received product must be unused and unwashed.
